That realisation led me to train as an art therapist and to work in mental health. My placements over the last few years were in schools, community mental health and cancer support. In each space, I’ve witnessed how creativity can hold what words cannot, offering comfort, clarity, and connection in life’s most tender moments.
For over a decade, I’ve worked as a wedding photographer, capturing the emotions, connections, and in-between moments that tell a love story.
Every session is tailored to your pace, your story, and your needs. There’s no right or wrong, only a space to show up as you are.
I hold each session with presence, compassion, and curiosity, creating an environment where you can feel safe to explore without judgment. Whether we work with paint, clay, words, or a camera, the focus is never on ‘getting it right’. It’s on listening to what emerges and following where it leads.
