Rooted in my art therapy training and years of experience holding creative spaces within mental health and community settings, these sessions offer a calm place to slow down and listen to what is within.
Through image-making, reflection and conversation, we work at your pace, honouring your own way of expressing and understanding.
No art experience is needed. Just come as you are.
Through art-making, journaling, and mindful discussion, we’ll explore themes like self-care, transition, and belonging, creating space for connection, expression, and community.
Our first intimate retreats are currently being shaped.
If you feel a quiet pull towards this space, you’re warmly invited to join the waitlist and be the first to hear when dates are released.
Space for yourself as well as shared connection
Gentle photography & visual storytelling
Creative workshops & reflective practices
Small group gatherings
Rest, nature & nourishing food
Places where the nervous system softens and something inside you begins to exhale.
Our Spanish retreats are being created from that place.
Rooted in creativity, rest, and gentle reconnection, these small and intimate gatherings will offer space to step away from the noise of everyday life and return to yourself through art-making, reflection, nature, and meaningful conversation.
Held in the quiet mountains of southern Spain, each retreat will be designed as a nurturing and inspiring experience rather than a structured or intensive programme. A place to breathe, create, wander, and simply be.
You might spend your mornings journaling in the sun, afternoons exploring the landscape or making images, and evenings gathered around the table in shared conversation and connection.
Once you send a message through the contact form, I’ll reply within 48 hours with a few gentle questions so I can understand what’s bringing you here.
From there, we can arrange a short, no-pressure call or email exchange to see what might feel most supportive for you right now. Your first session will be slow and unrushed, starting with time to settle in and talk through anything you’d like me to know. From there, we’ll begin the creative process together — always at your pace, with no right or wrong way to take part.
Afterwards, you’ll have space to reflect on your experience, and I’ll check in to see how you’re feeling. If it feels right to continue, we can plan future sessions to gently build on what we’ve started.
